Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Taking care of your mental health and having the right support to manage stress can significantly impact your ability to achieve other goals. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) offer services such as counseling, work-life support, and legal and financial guidance to help manage stress, anxiety, and other behaviors that can negatively affect your health and life.

The Mauser U.S. EAP and Canadian EAFP are available to employees and their household members, regardless of healthcare benefits enrollment or dependent status. These programs provide completely confidential services designed to offer support in a comfortable format. For international employees, similar programs may be available through company offerings or government healthcare systems. Check with your local Human Resources representative for available resources. Employees and household members are encouraged to utilize the EAP resources available.
