Companies around the world recognized Customer Service Appreciation Week last week (October 6-10). This year’s theme – Mission: Possible – represents the attitude of our customer service professionals as they serve as a key link between Mauser and our customers.

From answering inquiries to resolving challenges, they consistently turn complex customer needs into success stories.
