Introducing On-Demand Pay with DailyPay (U.S. and Canada)

We're excited to announce a new benefit launching for Mauser Packaging Solutions non-union employees* that puts you in control of your earnings. Starting September 8, U.S. employees can enroll in on-demand payment with our trusted partner, DailyPay! Canadian employees, get ready! DailyPay will be available to you later this year. (Please note, this option is currently exclusive to the U.S. and Canada.)
This new pay option means you can access your earned pay when you need it which gives you greater flexibility and control over your finances. You can sign up to track your earnings, access your money on your schedule, or use the savings features to start building your emergency fund or save for an upcoming holiday.

With DailyPay, you'll have transparency into your earnings, withholdings, and hours worked. You'll also have the option to instantly cash out your earned pay for a small fee or receive it free the next business day.

How DailyPay Works:
  • As you work, you build up available earnings.
  • DailyPay is connected to Mauser’s timekeeping system and receives automated reports of your hours worked.
  • Your available earnings are an approximation of earnings based on the hours you have worked minus withholdings (taxes, garnishments, etc.). It does not include any overtime, bonuses, reimbursements, differentials, and commissions.
  • You may access any amount of your available earnings prior to payday.
  • On payday, you will receive your paycheck amount minus any early transfers and fees.

Benefits of DailyPay:
  • Access earned wages prior to Mauser’s scheduled pay date.
  • Receive notifications as your pay balance goes up, in real-time, based on the hours you work.
  • Know your pay every day and better plan your life.
  • Access your full monthly credit report for free with no impact to your credit.
  • Automatically split your direct deposit into two separate bank accounts, or manually set aside funds for specific purposes.
  • Additional financial support resources including financial coaching, credit monitoring, and savings tools.

How to Sign Up:

On September 8, eligible employees with Mauser email addresses will receive a direct email from Daily Pay with your unique and secure sign-up link. This email will guide you through the simple process of activating your account. These emails are legitimate and are part of our official rollout of this new benefit. They will come from support@dailypay.com. You can trust emails from DailyPay and can unsubscribe at any time.

Employees without a Mauser email address can use the generic enrollment link that will be posted in facilities.

How to Opt Out:

DailyPay is a voluntary employee benefit and employees who choose to use the benefit must enroll in DailyPay to create their account. Current U.S. employees who do not want their employment information shared with DailyPay to facilitate account creation must complete the Opt-Out Form and submit it to MauserPayroll@mauserpackaging.com no later than Friday, August 29, 2025.

Please note:

  • The opt-out option is only available to employees hired on or before August 11, 2025.
  • Forms submitted after the August 29 deadline will not be accepted.
  • Employees who opt out during this period will not be able to opt back in at a later date.
