Springhill Facility Recognizes Employees with Over 30 Years of Service

Michelle MachenOur Stories, Small Packaging

In early July, the Springhill, Nova Scotia Small Packaging facility recognized 12 employees each celebrating more than 30 years of service with the facility. Four of the recognized employees have more than 40 years of service each and together have 161 combined years of service.

Magi Carter, Springhill Human Resources Manager commented, “We are fortunate to have such dedicated and seasoned individuals on our team.” Long term or legacy employees provide a wealth of knowledge and experience to a facility. Newer employees are able to learn from the experiences of these employees and sustain our solid tradition of providing excellent products and services.
