Our first featured employee is Kamel Ouarem, Facility Manager of the Large Packaging IBC facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Kamel has been with Mauser for 5 years. After 4 years as facility manager in Creil, France, he took an opportunity to work abroad in the United States during the summer of 2018. At the end of his 6-month assignment, he accepted a new facility manager position in Atlanta. In addition to the challenges he faces in his new role and facility, Kamel is overcoming personal challenges as he adapts to a new culture and is separated from his family.
