Jack Cunningham, Maintenance Technician at the Cincinnati NAIP Reco IBC facility, was recently recognized through the Mauser Employee Award Program for his exceptional dedication, expertise and commitment to operational excellence. As a go-to resource for maintenance support, Jack plays a critical role in keeping both IBC and Poly operations running safely and efficiently.

Known for his proactive approach, Jack frequently identifies and resolves equipment issues before they impact production. He is highly responsive, dependable and always willing to support the team, whether troubleshooting equipment, assisting production leads before startup, or helping with wash line and cage wash tank operations when needed.

Karlton Henderson, Destruction Line Operator at the Cincinnati NAIP Reco IBC facility, was recently recognized through the Mauser Employee Award Program for his strong work ethic, initiative and commitment to operational excellence. Responsible for granulating poly drums, Karlton takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized work area while helping ensure the destruction line operates safely and efficiently.

Karlton is always thinking ahead preparing for changeovers, keeping materials stocked and organized, and looking for ways to minimize downtime. When production slows or stops, he is often among the first to ask how he can help get things moving again.

With excellent attendance, a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset, Karlton consistently performs his work safely and efficiently.
