Dear Team,

Open Enrollment begins next week, and I encourage each of you to take an active role in reviewing your benefit options for 2027.

At Mauser, providing benefits that support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees and their families remains a priority. As health care costs continue to rise, we remain committed to offering valuable benefits while making investments that help employees access quality care and better manage their health care expenses.

For 2027, we will continue to offer the medical plans and programs employees value today, while also introducing several enhancements across our benefits portfolio, including expanded orthodontia and implant coverage for adults, Hinge Health, additional preventive care coverage, pet insurance, and more.

One of the most significant enhancements we’re making in 2027 is the introduction of Garner Health. Garner works alongside our medical plans to help employees find high-quality providers and offers eligible reimbursement opportunities that can help offset out-of-pocket medical expenses. Employees enrolled in a Mauser medical plan will have access to the Garner benefit and do not need to make a separate election during Open Enrollment. Additional information and activation instructions will be shared following Open Enrollment.

As you review your benefits, don't simply renew your current elections. Take time to understand what's changing, explore the available resources, and choose the coverage that best meets the needs of you and your family.

Thank you for your continued hard work and contributions to Mauser's success.

Sincerely,

Mark Burgess
