Sensitive company information, customer data, intellectual property, and other confidential information should never be entered into unauthorized public AI platforms. By using approved tools and following established security guidelines, we can take advantage of these technologies while continuing to meet our security, privacy, and compliance obligations.

Required Quarterly Security Awareness Training
To help everyone stay informed about current security threats and best practices, all employees are required to complete our Quarterly Security Awareness Training.
The updated training covers:

- Current phishing and social engineering tactics, including those enhanced by AI
- How to identify suspicious emails, links, attachments, and websites
- Safe handling of company and customer data
- Key security and compliance responsibilities

Please complete the training by the due date provided in the training notification and reminder emails.
This training is an important part of our security program and helps us maintain the trust that our customers, partners, and stakeholders place in us.
Report Suspicious Activity Promptly
If you receive a suspicious email, notice unusual system behavior, or believe something does not look right, please use the [Report Phishing Button in Outlook] or contact the Information Security team immediately. Early reporting gives us the best opportunity to investigate and respond quickly.
Notify Us If You Make a Mistake
If you accidentally click a suspicious link, open an attachment, or provide information in response to a questionable message, report it immediately. Security incidents happen, and timely reporting allows us to take steps to limit risk and protect company assets.
Review New Technologies Before Use
Before adopting any new software, cloud service, third-party application, or AI tool for business purposes, please engage the Information Security team. We will work with you to evaluate the solution and ensure it can be implemented securely and in accordance with company policies.
