Message from Mark: Our Progress, Our People, Our Future

Michelle MachenMauser Strategy

Team,

Six years ago, I joined Mauser during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team to strengthen our company, serve our customers, and build a solid foundation for the future. My focus has always been, and continues to be, building a company that customers love working with and can count on for their industrial packaging needs.

As I reflect on the past six years and look ahead to the future, I am incredibly proud of what Mauser has accomplished, but even more excited about where we are headed. Over the last several years alone, we have invested more than $500 million in capital projects and an additional $150 million in strategic acquisitions. At the same time, we have made significant investments in our products, enhanced our customer service capabilities, and driven substantial improvements in our on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance. These investments have strengthened our business, deepened our customer relationships, and positioned Mauser for continued growth and success. Our billion-dollar plan is on track to deliver great results for our company.

While we are proud of what we have achieved, we are always looking ahead. Our customers' needs continue to evolve, and we are committed to evolving with them. I want Mauser to be more than the world's leading packaging company. I want us to be a company that embraces change, anticipates the future, and continuously adapts to meet the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing world.

Our success begins with creating value for our customers: delivering on time, providing quality products, offering excellent customer service, and bringing new and innovative products and services to market. It also means leading in sustainability by helping customers meet their environmental goals and strengthen their own businesses.

As we continue to strengthen Mauser, our focus must remain on meeting our customers' needs every day. Despite challenges in the market, including tariffs and volatile oil prices, our financial and operational performance has remained resilient this year. We have continued to serve our customers without disruption, navigating industry headwinds while maintaining a high level of service. Through our commitment to continuous improvement and EIP initiatives, we have largely offset the effects of market volatility and economic uncertainty, positioning Mauser to remain strong, competitive, and focused on long-term growth.

None of this would have been possible without you. I am incredibly proud of everything you have helped Mauser achieve over the past six years. Together, we have accomplished a great deal, but our best days are still ahead.

We should also extend our gratitude to the many employees whose years of service and dedication have helped build and strengthen our company. During my travels over the past three months, I had the privilege of meeting colleagues such as Mustafa Pir in Turkey and Salvador Munoz and Lorena Becerra in Mansfield, Texas, who have each dedicated more than 40 years of service to Mauser. Their commitment reflects the passion, expertise, and dedication demonstrated by employees across our organization every day.

As we look to the future, however, we need to do even more, and raise the bar, set even higher standards for success, and create new opportunities for growth and innovation. The market and customers demand this, and unless we perform, our business will not be successful.  By working together and staying focused on our customers, our values, and each other, I am confident we will continue to make great things happen at Mauser.

Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and loyalty to Mauser. Your contributions make all the difference, and I am grateful for everything you do.
