Additionally, Patricia consistently goes above and beyond the responsibilities of her role and is always willing to assist in any area of the site. She demonstrates an exceptional commitment to supporting her teammates and the overall operation. Her positive attitude, dedication, and strong work ethic make her an asset to the Anniston team.

Tony Serio, Production Supervisor at the Mount Vernon facility, was recently recognized through the Mauser Employee Award Program for demonstrating exceptional dedication, flexibility, and a strong commitment to the success of the plant.
He is always available to support operational needs and routinely goes above and beyond expectations to ensure production goals are met. His willingness to cover shifts outside of his assigned schedule has had a significant positive impact on plant performance and overall team success.
As the leader on A Shift, Tony sets a high standard for performance and accountability. Under Tony’s leadership, A Shift consistently exceeds daily production expectations and serves as a benchmark for the other three production shifts. His strong work ethic, reliability, and results-driven approach continue to contribute greatly to the plant's success and operational excellence.
