The Mauser Packaging Solutions TN visa program plays an important role in helping us build and sustain a strong technical workforce across our U.S. operations. The program allows us to add technical professionals from Mexico to support key maintenance and engineering positions.
Mauser Packaging Solutions partners with certified universities in Mexico to identify qualified engineers and maintenance professionals for critical technical roles. Candidates are selected based on their education, technical skills, and alignment with open positions, and the company supports them through the TN visa application process, including required government documentation and relocation assistance. Once approved to work in the United States, candidates fill hard-to-staff maintenance and engineering roles, bringing valuable technical expertise and diverse perspectives to our facilities.
Today, 116 employees from the program are working across 31 facilities. Their contribution leads to less downtime, stronger maintenance execution, and more reliable day-to-day operations.
Why the program matters
Like many in our industry, we continue to face challenges finding technical talent in certain markets. The TN program helps us bridge those gaps by ensuring we have the right skills in place where and when we need them.
Just as importantly, the program brings new perspectives and knowledge into our teams, strengthening collaboration and supporting continuous improvement across our network.
Looking ahead
Because the program is tied to a broader trade agreement, future national policy or trade decisions could impact how it operates over time. While there are no immediate changes, it's important to recognize that many of our facilities rely on this program. Any limitations could make it more difficult to fill critical technical roles.

We will continue to use the TN program thoughtfully and responsibly, making sure roles are aligned, processes are strong, and teams are supported. At the same time, we remain focused on building and developing talent across all sources to support our long-term success.
