Recognizing Outstanding Support and Leadership: Eric Foncannon-Scarbrough
Mt. Vernon, Ohio

Over the past six months, Eric Foncannon-Scarbrough, Maintenance Technician, has played a key role in supporting the success of the NAIP Mt. Vernon team and was recently recognized through the employee award program.

Since transitioning from Production Supervisor into a maintenance role, Eric has made an immediate and lasting impact. He has played a key role in training and coaching two new night shift supervisors, helping guide decision-making and ensuring strong leadership coverage on off-shifts.

Eric’s commitment goes beyond his scheduled hours. He has consistently made himself available to support the plant—answering calls while off duty and coming in when needed to assist with critical machine repairs. His willingness to step in and support the team at any time has made him a trusted and reliable resource across the facility.

Known as the “go-to” person, Eric’s knowledge, teamwork, and dedication continue to strengthen operations and support plant performance.

Thank you, Eric, for your hard work, flexibility, and continued commitment to the NAIP Mt. Vernon team.
