Initially launched in September 2025 at the Dayton, NJ facility, the program expanded in January 2026 to include five additional NASP Plastics sites. By the end of Q1 2026, participation had grown to 133 employees with 583 courses completed.
Mauser’s ToolingU program primarily focuses on maintenance training with flexibility to support other roles as needed. Courses are delivered through customizable learning paths, offered fully online, typically lasting about one hour, and include pre‑ and post‑assessments to track progress. Participants can also earn industry‑recognized credentials through ToolingU certifications.
The ToolingU program complements the in-person training sessions led by the Engineering Tech Center in Newnan, Ga. while expanding access to training for a broader group of employees. “The Tech Center provides invaluable hands-on training, but the ToolingU program allows us to reach more employees with a wider range of training topics,” commented Travis Boles, Engineering Manager and Training U program administrator.
